Pre-requisites For The Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant Certification

• 3 years of agile experience.

How To Become A Certified Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant?

• Enroll in our 4-day Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) certification workshop.
• On completion of training, you receive the DAVSC Trained Badge.
• Join the exclusive PMI DAVSC Community of Practice group from the invitation you receive post-training. Here you will receive additional guidance and support to clear your DAVSC exam. You will also be able to practice the concepts you learned with this community membership.
• Engage in this DAVSC Community of Practice and discuss new ideas with your peers for a period of 3 months.
• After this, you will be eligible to schedule your Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) exam using the eligibility code you get from PMI.
• Schedule your exam using the Pearson VUE testing platform. Your exam fee is included in the tuition fee for the workshop itself.
• Take the PMI DAVSC exam on the Pearson VUE platform. The test mode for DAVSC will be online.
• Exam results are available right away once the test is finished. You can view them by selecting “View Score Reports” from your Pearson Vue Dashboard. The result is shown as Pass or Fail.

If you pass the exam, congratulations! You are now a certified Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant! The PMI DAVSC certification badge is valid for 1 year. This Disciplined Agile certification can be renewed upon expiry by earning 7 PDUs.

8. Reducing (not accommodating) dependencies.

DAVSC Examination Domains

Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant Examination Details:

The Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant exam is an online proctored test on the Pearson VUE platform. There will be 40 multiple-choice questions in the exam. Moreover, no pre-test questions are included for the DAVSC test.

Furthermore, the total duration of the exam is 120 minutes, which includes an initial disclosure and tutorial, and a post-exam survey. Here is the time distribution of the Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant Exam:

• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): 5 Minutes.
• Tutorial: 10 Minutes.
• Exam Duration: 90 Minutes.
• Post-exam Survey: 15 Minutes.
• Total Time: 150 Minutes.

The 3-hour examination period does not include the time needed to finish the tutorial and survey. Also, there are no scheduled breaks during the DAVSC exam. Exam results are available once you submit the test.

In the rare case where you don’t clear the exam, you have a total of 3 chances to attempt the exam within a 12-month eligibility period. In case of 3 unsuccessful exam attempts within a 12-month period, you will have to undergo an extra 45-day waiting time to be eligible to apply again. This is so that you thoroughly use the Community of Practice and study your course materials to gear up well for the exam.
